We did a historical tour + (apulian) wine tasting today for 2 persons. Absolutely amazing area and delicious wine & food. The tour guide (didn’t catch her name) and Davide were really such great hosts.
We will definitely come back when we are around! <3
The most spectacular wedding venue. Cannot say enough how helpful having Sara as our wedding planner was. Also Domenico who ran the food portion was a tremendous help. Have had multiple friends and family comment on this being the best food/venue combo they have ever been to for a wedding.
For us the place was a dream. The romantic rustic red of the Masseria with its grand staircase and open courtyard made it perfect to host the dinner portion of the wedding while we utilized the olive grove (featuring 1,500 year old olive trees) for our ceremony itself. On top of that, there was a massive area adjacent to the main Masseria where we were able to host our post dinner dance party.
In terms of the food, it was out of this world. Fresh mozzarella being made in front of our guests, the best cured meats I’ve ever eaten, focaccia that was to die for, and a fava bean paste that I will never forget, and that was just the opening buffet. Our 1st dish burrata stuffed ravioli is still being talked about in our group chats with friends and family. Our main of beef tenderloin also was a pleasant surprise as it was cooked perfectly which is difficult to do for a large group.
Finally, cannot thank the Spina staff enough for hosting my family and brining such joy every day. Thank you Marco, Sara, Elena, Stella, Domenico, and the rest of the Spina crew for a truly unforgettable experience.
We got married at Spina and had the most perfect wedding experience. We did a buyout of the 10 residences for our family to stay with us, and started the week with a tour of the grounds and aperitivo. Everyone was blown away by the history and the spread. Our tour guide, Elena, was excellent and spoke great English. We worked pre wedding to plan the whole thing with Sara D’Errico, who grew up on the Masseria and knows it inside and out. She had every detail thought out, knew all of the top vendors and was reassuring and reliable. Plus, in addition to being a wedding planner, she also handles the flowers, which were exactly what we wanted. Marco D’Errico assisted us with booking the residences and the restaurant portion. He was quick to reply, easy to work with, and so calm about the process, he instilled confidence. Both siblings were professional and accommodating. Our guests (we had 86) even said the food was some of the best they’d ever had at a wedding. Domenico, the restaurant manager, was an expert and on top of it all, from the tasting pre wedding, to the glass of Prosecco he handed us the moment we made our first appearance, to ensuring we (bride and groom) were being fed while also mingling with guests, to the lunch we had the following day with another 40+ people. Stella who was manning the reception for the majority of our stay, was so sweet and helpful, also spoke perfect English. We couldn’t have been happier. Highly recommend for the gorgeous grounds, friendly staff, delicious food, and the family (Meo-Evoli/D’Errico’s) who welcomes you into their historical home. If you want a unique experience in a stunning location, at least come by for a tour and a meal. If you’re looking for a fairytale wedding, look no further.
We had a guided tour with Elena and a oil tasting. The tour was amazing and she was a great guide. The place is beautiful and we spent here all the morning. I highly recommend to do this experience as it was one of the best we had in Puglia. My boyfriend is Irish and we had the opportunity to have the tour in english. After our oil tasting Davide offered us a glass of wine which was great as well. Thank you Elena and Davide, you made our visit amazing!
Deserve more than 5 stars! Masseria is beyond beautiful. We spent our New Years Eve here and couldn't be more happy about it! Food was delicious, all perfectly organized, staff was SUPER kind and helpful. Can't wait to go back. Amazing!
Most beautiful wedding location. The rooms are all really special and authentic. The food is exquisite, the waiters all really nice and Domenico is a really nice and hard working man who tried his best during our wedding to keep people happy and dry.

It was a wonderful place to spend a leisurely Sunday afternoon with good food, good friends and good service. The host (Domenico) was charming, patient and accommodating, explaining every dish and indeed taking us through a culinary experience! Will definitely visit again!
